The Vehicle Fueling     and Service       Equipment Pros

Scheduled Maintenance

Almost every piece of mechanical equipment or machine needs periodic maintenance.  Dale’s Service, Inc. has developed specialized Scheduled Maintenance programs to ensure that your equipment is inspected and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and prudent safety standards.  One of the Scheduled Maintenance programs that we have developed is for vehicle lifts.  We have detailed that program below.  Please take a look and contact us about this program or about one of our other programs to help maintain your equipment.

OSHA
looks to the Automotive Lift Institute (ALI), the leading OSHA recognized lift certification organization in existence globally, for safety program guidance.  ALI, in cooperation with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), publishes “Safety Requirements for Automotive Lift Operation, Inspection and Maintenance”.  In part, those requirements include inspections by a “qualified lift inspector as a minimum annual requirement”.  In order to be valid, these inspections must cover a comprehensive list of inspection points in accordance with the ALOIM-2008 “National Standard Covering Safety Requirements for Lift Operation, Inspection and Maintenance”.   These inspection points are illustrated on the “Dale’s Service, Inc. Lift Inspection Report”.  Please see our sample below.  The inspections with related repairs, service and maintenance must be documented, placed on file and kept up-to-date.

Keep yourself, your employees and your shop in compliance.  Let Dale’s Service, Inc. Schedule an inspection and scheduled maintenance for your lifts.  We are happy to provide you with a custom proposal for this work.

Dale’s Service, Inc. can also provide you with scheduled maintenance and inspections for:
